Hi.
I don’t really remember a time when I wasn’t writing. It has always been something that helps me connect with God, sort out my thoughts, and encourage others. I actually would write letters to God as a kid so he would feel more personal. Now i’m a full-fledged adult with four kids and a loving husband, and I still feel like I am writing letters to God in a sense. I love that writing can cross barriers other conversations can’t. I like that you and I don’t have to believe or agree on all the same things to find words heartfelt and moving.
I believe we all have a story and we all need a Savior.
This is the space I get to combine all my passions – my family, my faith, my love of words – and work out some of my thoughts along the way. I started a blog because someone told me writing was like a muscle that had to be worked out, so this is my gym (the only one I might add). This is the place where I talk about the God who saved me and gave me a full life. I do it as much for myself as I do others. I hope you enjoy my stories (if you want more, I do have a book out you can read), and I hope we can laugh together. I am currently in the throes of raising four kids, and that involves either a lot of laughter or tears. I’m choosing laughter.
